We automatically estimate your approximate location to center the map on clinics near you.

• Our hosting provider (Vercel) estimates your city, region, and country from your IP address
• Approximate coordinates are used only in your browser to centre the map
• The estimate is cached in your browser for 30 minutes
• Your IP address is not stored by Vetpras and is not sent to any geolocation service

We always count searches, filter choices, and clicks anonymously. These counts help us improve Vetpras and let us share aggregated statistics with veterinary clinics (for example, how many people searched for a service in a city). They contain no identifier and are not information about you.

Unless you decline, we also store two random identifiers in your browser so that people and sessions are counted once:

• vp_vid: visitor identifier, kept up to 1 year
• vp_sid: session identifier, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity

No name, email address, or IP address is ever linked to them. Declining below removes them immediately.

These third-party cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously. This helps us improve the user experience.
